Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a service with Hua Hin Taxi Cab. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from our staff via WhatsApp, Line, or Email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup may be subject to a fee (if a deposit was paid).
• No-Show: If you do not appear at the pickup point without notifying us, the full fare will be charged.

3. Waiting Time

• Airport Pickups: Our driver will wait up to 90 minutes after your flight lands. If you are delayed further (e.g., visa issues), please contact us immediately.
• Hotel Pickups: The driver will wait up to 30 minutes past the scheduled time.

4. Payment

Payment is usually made in Cash (THB) directly to the driver upon arrival at your destination. We also accept Thai Bank Transfer (QR Code).

5. Liability

Hua Hin Taxi Cab is not liable for missed flights or appointments caused by unforeseen traffic accidents, road closures, or extreme weather conditions. We strongly advise allowing extra travel time for trips to the airport.
